Description
With its color-matrix camera, CLS CAM 100 detects objects, lines, print edges, or web marks directly in the print layout, eliminating the need for additional control lines. This reduces material consumption and lowers costs while maintaining perfect guiding, even when web tension fluctuates.
To guarantee reliable, high-accuracy performance at web speeds of up to 1.200 m/min, the system uses automatically regulated LED lighting and a powerful GPU for real-time processing. Operation is fast and intuitive: you can select and store control parameters with a simple swipe gesture on the 7″ touchdisplay, enabling quick job or pattern changes and boosting productivity.
The system integrates seamlessly into both new and existing production lines through plug-and-play connection to BST controllers. It requires no external trigger or complex calibration, reducing setup time and simplifying operation.
