The extremely low construction height and symmetrical frame design allow for easy integration into any machine setup. Optional motorized sensor positioning enables automatic adjustment of the web edge and web center to increase process reliability.
The high-precision FRAMEGuide Pro version features a highly dynamic brushless actuator and backlash-free components that enable repeatability of up to ±0.01 mm, making it ideal for demanding applications such as battery cell coating or precision printing.
FRAMEGuide combines high mechanical precision with intelligent sensor control and automation. As a result, the system ensures consistent web positioning, minimizes downtime and waste, and reduces process costs. Furthermore, it can be easily adapted to different materials and production processes.
