Description

When precision and efficiency are crucial, AR 4400 register control system ensures flawless printing results.

Equipped with an RGB color camera and intelligent image processing algorithms, the system reliably detects micro dot marks, even on difficult substrates or with low contrast. The adjustable flash guarantees consistent illumination and insensitivity to external light influences. In combination with the powerful backstrobe the front-to-back register can be controlled fully automatically in web-web mode.

Thanks to its open and flexible system architecture, AR 4400 can be easily integrated into various machine types and is ideal for retrofitting. The intuitive touchscreen interface provides real-time visualizations, live images, and graphical trends of register deviation for clear and easy operation.
