CCD CAM 100 is designed for applications requiring ultra-high precision in web edge measurement and web positioning. It can detect and measure multiple web edges simultaneously, achieving an exceptional resolution of up to 60.000 pixels. This guarantees the highest accuracy and repeatability, even under dynamic production conditions.
An integrated network interface allows setup data, while an SD card enables parameter transfer between cameras within minutes just to significantly reduce downtime. The integrated LED lighting projects reference points into the camera’s field of view for effortless alignment, and the built-in color touchscreen provides clear visualization of parameters.
With real-time image processing, and robust CAN-bus communication, CCD CAM 100 is the perfect choice for high-precision, multi-edge web guiding and measurement applications.
