Description
BST iPQ-Check solves these challenges with 100% inline print inspection that monitors the entire web in real time. The print inspection system detects even the smallest defects in the print image right from the start of the process, allowing operators to take immediate corrective action. By utilising machine learning and intelligent error classification, the false positive rate is minimised as much as possible, and the focus is solely on the relevant errors. Suitable for all substrates – from paper to plastic films to aluminum – it delivers precise inspection and brilliant image results, even at web speeds up to 1,000 m/min.
Minimizing operating effort and supporting the operator in his decisions across various process steps is the focus. Integration into the iPQ-Center (additional systems: iPQ-View and iPQ Spectral) enables defects to be avoided and setup times to be reduced through one time job setup for all systems, common user interface and intuitive operation.
