LaserTrack Pro 600 combines the best of both worlds: It delivers the extremely high resolution typically associated with point‑laser systems while providing full 100% width coverage.
A highly precise traversing system moves smoothly across the web. Two high‑resolution 3D profilers take measurements every 30 millimeters - on both the top and bottom sides.

LaserTrack Pro enables high-precision 3D profile monitoring across the full material width, combining the accuracy of point-laser systems with complete width coverage.

A traversing system with dual 3D profilers captures detailed measurements of the material and reconstructs a full 3D profile in real time. By significantly reducing occlusion effects and providing high-resolution data, the system ensures reliable process monitoring and stable production conditions. Integrated software functions continuously calculate key parameters such as linear mass and conicity, enabling deeper process understanding and optimization.

The result is a compact and cost-efficient solution for data-driven process monitoring and control.

Features

Software function

Linear mass and conicity
The system continuously computes the linear mass (meter weight) and the conicity of the material in motion. These parameters are derived from a real time calculation of the profile’s cross sectional area.

Import of reference profile
The system is capable of importing a 2 D CAD profi le defi nition (DXF format) to serve as the reference geometry.
