BST CELLInspection - Ensuring precise layers and geometries of your cell

BST CELLInspection

BST CELLInspection measuring precisely all quality relevant geometries of cell after the notching, directly after the lamination or before the stacking process. In all applications high resolution and precise matrix camera technologies are used. Additionally depending on the application, different illumination concepts will applied, so e. g. that also all 4 layers of a mono-cell could be measured directly after the lamination point. The vision system can be linked easily to any other BST web guiding system. This brings an additional add value into above mention production process through close loop control processing. The intuitive web-based user interface provides a live image of the current measured cell and with their open interfaces can be integrated easily of any machine manufacturer.

Customer benefits

Precise and reliable inline geometry measurement avoids useless production downtime

Final and LIVE image display of real-time measurement data during the production process provides process reliability for the operator

Absolute measurement eliminates any need for manual corrections

Basic system for future closed-loop applications in the separating or cell assembling process

Perfect for these industries
